Our technology incorporates an internal compression mechanism that brings bone segments together while serving as a carrier for nano-enhanced material. We utilize streamlined instrumentation and a sterile, one-size-fits-all implant for intraoperative flexibility.

Tim Murphy
Founder & CEO
A founder, entrepreneur, and medical device executive, he has built his career around identifying unmet needs and turning innovative ideas into real-world solutions. As Founder and CEO of Falcon Surgical, he grew the company from the ground up into a multimillion-dollar spine distribution business by backing emerging technologies, building trusted surgeon relationships, and moving quickly in a highly competitive market. His experience as a United States Air Force officer shaped a leadership style grounded in discipline, accountability, and decisive action. Today, he brings that same entrepreneurial mindset to developing and advancing technologies designed to push surgical care forward.
